The Jiu Jitsu Gi and Muay Thai coaches are awesome!! They walk the class through concepts and techniques patiently while safety is reinforced all throughout rolls and sparring rounds.
The community has a warm culture—everyone is very supportive of each other. They also emphasize cleanliness which I truly appreciate. And lastly, the coaches rad playlist makes learning focused yet so much fun.
Haven’t been to No Gi classes personally but I heard it’s great too!
